As of 28 October, the city of Melbourne has eased Covid-19 restrictions after 111 days of lockdown. Restaurants, cafés and bars in Melbourne can reopen to the public. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we at the Martini Club will raise a Victorian Martini to our friends and family in Melbourne.
Unfortunately there've been no shipments of the Olive Leaf gin to the UK (despite it going to the US), so I guess we'll just have to make-do with a Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin instead.
Here's to Melbournians, go forth and celebrate (with Martinis)!
